To transfer embroidery patterns to fabric I use Sulky Sticky Fabri-Solvy—which I purchase on amazon. You can print the pattern onto this paper and adhere it to the fabric you are going to stitch on. When you have finished stitching the pattern, you can run it under water and the paper will dissolve. I design the patterns to fill a whole page so as not to waste any of the fabri-solvy, so you can usually make more than one of each item by printing just one sheet.
